If you're having problems with deactivation please contact the licensing team through the solution finder. They are pretty fast. Just go to the knowledgebase and then go to the tab called Solution Finder ( http://kb.sdl.com/?cid=23&tab=sf ). Now follow this route as it seems to fit your problem (or follow the offline route instead):
