  • Hi,  ,

Could I trouble you to please open one for me as well, or add me to the support case you just created? I'm afraid I won't receive any updates if the original poster (from 6 months ago) is the only point of contact for the case and it's not clear if they are still experiencing this issue. I've had this issue occur twice again this morning, and its hampering my workflow quite a bit... Many thanks in advance.

Dam... I was dealing with posts between other things and didn't notice you tagged onto someone else's post!  Please create a new thread for your issue and provide all the details.  This is a semi-automated support solution where I can click a button and the thread plus details is converted to a support case for the original poster.  So you need to create a new thread and not tag onto another one.  You can always share a link to someone else's problem if you think it's useful to explain you have the same issue.
