Problem opening a package

Question

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well. I am having issues to open a simple package on Trados. Every time I work on the package, close Trados, and then reopen it, everything that I have done disappears and this message comes up. 
 I am also finding it impossible to add a TM and a Term Base to the package. 
 Lastly, sometimes when I open an individual file (this is the temporary solution that I found in order to work on the project), this file appears in blank&hellip; 
 I have a permanent Licence Trados 2022. 
 Could someone be able to help me?
