I haven't come across this before, but it seems odd that it started happening for no particular reason.  I know it's a long time ago now and probably too late (I'm just working through questions that seem to have been missed... sorry for that!) but do you think it might have coincided with a software update from anywhere else, or the introduction of something like AutoHotkey for example, that might be overriding the use of the Enter key in Studio and preventing it from functioning correctly?  Do you have any software running that might work while Studio is running?

Please note that a few people added comments there recently, so you might want to have a look.

For me, the solution was to change the "confirm segment" shortcut to Ctrl+Enter. It took some getting used to, but it did solve the issue. I also had to change my shortcut for copying the source text, which was F4. This suddenly executed "Find next", so now I'm using Alt+Insert to copy the source.
