I purchased Trados 2024, and all the files (.sdlxliff, .sdlproj, .sdltm, .sdlppx,.sdlplugin, etc. ) are now shown blank. I cannot open them by double clicking.
When I purchased 2021, I don't think I did any set up change, but the file thumbnails are shown and I could open them from the folder by just double clicking.
Please advise what to do.

Try running a repair in Windows as this often resets them. But if that doesn't work you could also just go into your file associations and manually fix each one.
