Hello,
I get the dreaded error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".most of the time when opening Trados Studio 2019. I have tried most of the suggested fixes for this problem, but nothing works (have tried reinstalling and repairing Studio, renaming relevant folders etc.). Sometimes I am able to open Studio and also most of my imported packages, but there is one offline cloud package which always prompts the aforementioned error message.
Any suggestions are welcome.
That message without the error stack is useless I'm afraid. It's a generic error that can be caused for many things in any software. When you get it click on the small disk symbol at the bottom left of the error message that pops up and save it to your desktop. Then attach that xml file you saved to your post.
