Trados 2015 very slow/possible reasons?

Hello, since yesterday, Trados 2015 is very very slow, but only for (important) functions: confirming and F8/check. Opening, saving, etc. is as fast as usual. I work on projects with server-based TMs, could this be a reason (though my customer says everything is ok)?

This is a difficult question that cannot be answered without doing more investigations. 
However, if opening and saving documents is fast and confirming is slow, this indicates that it may be related to the TM. 
I suggest you temporarily disable the server TM (simply uncheck the box for this TM) and use only your own TM (which is probably already assigned as well to the project). 
Then check if confirming a segment is now much faster. If it is, then the problem is most probably with the response time of the server. 
Do not forget to reenable the server TM afterwards!
