multilingual TMX file - how to import it into Trados TMs?

Hello,

I have this tmx file that seems exported from Across. However, it has some peculiarities, i.e.:
1. it does not contain translation units only in a specific language pair (e.g. EN-DE) but in several. There are TUs for EN-ES, EN-NL etc.
2. some TUs have a source segment but no target segment
I attach a short part here.
I would like to create several TMs in Trados (one for each language pair) and then import from this multilingual tmx file only the TUs in the relevant language pair. Do you know any way?
