Base 64 error message and how to log a case about it

Hi, I have Trados Studio 2022 subscription version. I have been having lots of issues with it. I don't use it regularly, but it was working perfectly the last time I used it and today when I went to open a project package from my agency, I received "Base 64" error message and then Trados just shuts down automatically. There is no option to reset my license under my account and I can't find where I can log a support case. It is extremely difficult to find help. Every link I try to follow seems to lead to a dead end or won't open the page I am looking for. SDL has really deteriorated in my experience. Can anyone please help me to either reset my license or figure out what to do with the error message? I have an important translation due next week and I need to be able to rely on Trados. At this point, it has become almost untenable! Thanks so much.
