How do I log a support case without a support subscription for a recurring problem with Base 64 error?

Hi, I have Trados Studio 2022 subscription version. I don't use it very often and I don't have a support subscription. Every time I try to use it after not using it for a couple of months, it shows me a Base 64 error and then shuts down. How can I log a ticket for support case for this problem? It is very frustrating. I have had it fixed at least three times this year and it keeps happening. Thank you very much!
