Problem saving document

I have Trados Studio 20222, when I want to save the translation there is this error message: "The process cannot access the file ‘C:\Users\xxxxxxxxxxxxx’ because it is being used by another process"

I tried to follow the instructions in article https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000005418

Unfortunately these instructions are not clear.

What should I do? Please help me!

  • After removing it from the  project view, I also removed the project file from original location in my C drive and moved it to another one. No results. 

    Then I removed the project file on my C drive.

    When I open again the word file for translation in Studio I get this error message:

    Unable to open the file ‘xxxxxx’ . Please refer to the additional error information below for more details:
    Warning: Sniffer for file type Wordprocessing ML v. 2 failed. The source file is corrupt. Try saving it again.
    Error: Source file is correct Try saving it again

    .... So I am blocked....
