After years working well with SDL Trados Studio 2019, since yesterday it insists on "Ersteinrichtung"

I have been using SDL Trados Studio 2019 for several years now and since yesterday I have the following problem: When I open Trados, it will guide me through a first installation (in German: "Ersteinrichtung"). I'm not sure what I should do to solve this issue as I need to keep on working. Thank's a lot in advance.
