I don't know if this is still a problem, but it's worth noting that the error 'Unable to find the specified file' when launching Trados Studio 2024 through AppsAnywhere might be related to the virtualised environment.  Trados Studio is designed as a single-user desktop application and is not supported for use in virtualised setups like AppsAnywhere or Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops. Virtualisation can disrupt access to critical files and resources that Trados needs to run properly, which could be causing this failure during initialisation.

Having said that some users manage to do this quite successfully.  So I think the best course of action is to run this past your admin who set this up and if needed he/she should raise the problem.
