In the Term Recognition window in Studio 2024, a number (usually "100" is displayed after the source term:
This is not the case in Studio 2022, and I've loaded the Studio 2022 hitlist settings into Studio 2024.
How can I hide this number?

This number is an enhancement that was introduced with Studio 2024. It indicates the match percentage of the terms in the list. I find it very helpful and wouldn't wish to hide it.
Therefore, 100 indicates that the source term in the term recognition list is a 100% match with a term that is present in the source segment that is currently active, so the target translation can safely be inserted into the target segment as part of the target translation.
If it were a lower number, it would indicate a need to look more closely as to how to use it in the Target segment.

At the moment, it is a bit annoying for me and I would prefer an option to turn it on/off...
