Trados 2024 error message "An error was occured while using the translation provider.... :Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: startIndex". I have tried everything - renamed UserSettings.xml, renamed all Trados files, reinstalled Trados but nothing, allways the same message and the TM does't works. It happen only wit one trhee TM (Law, Law 2, Law.anytmreverse.anytmrevers)
Anybody is able to help me? I am working without TM! There is no way how to let it work!

Do you use the Match Repair function under Language Pairs?
Maybe try deactivating it.
This helped in our case.

Hello Seraina,
thanks for your help but it doesn't work. I have tried everything - reinstallation of Trados, new TM, new project tepmlate. I have deactivated Match repair function. This is very strange - normally I used TM in All Language Pairs but now its impossible - I have a project which is Czech-Italian, TM which is Czech-Italian but when I try to insert this memory in All Language Pairs it's impossible:
And when I insert it in Czech-Italian TM then doesn't works, I see only message - "No matches found or no lookup performed". I have made a new project inserting text I have already translated but Trados gives me this message, no translation...
What could I do? I am thinking about turning back to Trados 2022 which was witnout these horrible problems...

You could try adding the TM as AnyTM. Doing so you can find out whether the language pairs really match.
If this works, the selected language pairs for the project are not congruent with the ones used for the TM.
Unfortunately, I have no other clues, too.
