Trados 2022 - Software closes after pressing CTRL + S

Hi,

I'm experiencing a very disappointing error in the new Trados 2022.

Every time I press CTRL + S to save the document, Trados closes instantly with an error message indicating "access denied".

The work is still saved (so the CTRL + S shortcut works fine).

I've already reset the shortcuts by going to File - Options - Keyboard Shortcuts and then pressing "Reset to Defaults" at the bottom.

How do I fix this?
