Cannot save target Excel file - XML error

After saving a certain translation as Excel (xlsx), when I try to open the Excel file, the following error message appears:

Error message in Microsoft Excel stating 'We found a problem with some content in Checklist_Sustainable Planning and Construction of Buildings. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.' with Yes and No buttons.

If I click Yes, the following message appears and a blank Excel file opens:

Message box in Microsoft Excel titled 'Repairs to Checklist_Sustainable Planning and Construction of Buildings' indicating 'Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content. Replaced Part: xlworksheetssheet1.xml part with XML error. Load error. Line 3, column 0.' with a Close button.

This is the case in both Studio 2022 and 2024.
