Can anyone help? Unfortunately, I cannot proceed with my work. Thanks. Kind of catastrophe.
Try this:
Go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17
Rename the three xml files by adding _old or rename the whole Studio17 folder (to Studio17_old for example)
