Hi - my hard disk crashed in November and was replaced. I have had various issues since then - you helped me to reinstall Trados Studio 19 but I can no longer create a project (see screenshot with error message). My templates are all saved in a file included in my main desktop file (Elaine) (see screenshot) but apparently Trados can no longer find these templates.
I can currently only work in a single file format and have to reload all my translation memories etc each time, basically meaning I cannot source past work to check concurrence or memories.
Work has not started up again after the Xmas/New Year break and I urgently need a solution to this problem.
