Problem seeing Termbases on a job and importing World Server Packages

Hi All,

I have two problems with Trados - hoping for your help, thanks!

1. When I attach Termbases to a Trados job everything seems to be fine; the termbases are attached properly, but no terms are shown on the job in the Editor. I only see the message: "Searching for terms...".

2. I cannot import World Server Packages, even though the app is installed - Error Message: "The Process can't access the file, because the file is being used by another process".

    Better to create separate threads because it's hard to mark with a verified answer (if anyone can answer it) when you have more than one.

    Very light on details... but perhaps it's stuck because the termbase isn't really available .  So if your termbase is on a OneDrive path it might be in the could and only a placeholder is visible.  To you it looks like it's there... but to Trados it's not because it would need to download the file first to make it available.  That would be the first thing that springs to my mind with nothing else to go on.  You didn't even tell us what version you're using.

    Could easily be a related problem.  The other process being OneDrive.

    Try putting these files in a location that is not on the OneDrive Path.

    If not of that helps because your files are not on a OneDrive Path then please provide more information... what version, path to the files, what you have tried so far, can you make it work with other resources?
