Good morning,
Does anybody know why my account suddenly has been deactivated? On December 16 I have renewed and paid my for year licence Studio 2022. Two days ago it was still available. I can see the invoice in the history of my orders, but it has licence has been removed from the list of active licences. Why and what to do?
Please advise did you get any error message? If not, kindly follow the instructions from the article below in order to reset your license:

If the problem persists or you cannot reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will raise a ticket with the technical team.
