Dear Sirs,
I started working yesterday and I got a message (log-in error) of an App, so I disinstalled the app and renamed the directory "17" in "17_old", but when I restarted Trados I got this message:
which reads: "Uninstalling the app not fully completed, Re-start Trados after having closed all other active instances".
I did restart Trados, but I kept on getting the same message. So I disinstalled Trados, hoping it would help, but i didn't. I keep on getting the same message again. Probably because I 'm not able toi "clear all hidden files, dll-files and so on. I also have a problem with the license:
usually reinstalling on the same PC does not need to send the license back, but if ALL Trados files are to be disinstalled to manage the problem (and I do not know how, that's why I am writing you!), will the license be lost?
As the projekt I have to start is quite big and I have little time, can you help me?
