Error: "Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1' for your subscription"

Hi all,

I'm in the middle of working on a project due today. Halfway through working on a file, I got this error pop up. 

Error message in Trados activation window stating 'Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1' for your subscription. Deactivate other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription.'

I only have Trados installed on this computer, which it also says in my SDL account:

Registered Devices section in Trados account showing one Desktop PC activated with the user's email and last used date as 10 Jan 2025 18:55.

Any ideas? I urgently need this resolved
