I’m experiencing a problem with Trados Studio 2022. When I try to create a project package and need to add a user, the dropdown arrow for adding a user doesn’t display any options. When I click the "Users" button and select a user, it doesn’t add the user, leaving the field blank.

If I proceed to click the "Next" button, I get an error message stating that I must add a user, and I can’t continue.

I saw that someone with a similar issue resolved it by deleting the user and adding them again, but in my case, the "Delete" button also doesn’t work. Clicking on it doesn’t have any effect.

When I initially installed Trados, I didn’t follow the correct installation process, so I later uninstalled and reinstalled it properly. I wonder if leftover files from the initial incorrect installation could be causing these issues.

I’d greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this.
