I use Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134.
When I am in the reviewer mode and I want to add a new term to the termbase but the term is already there connected with another term, then a screen (with default appearance settings) with a question asking duplication is not fully seen. Only the upper part of this dialogue is seen, the buttons about duplication or refusal of it is hidden.
Make your window bigger! Really, it's too small for that view. You're better off putting that on a different screen or somewhere to the side of your screen as opposed to that location.

I made a screenshot about that problematic part of window. I had the window fully maximized. I will experiment with it by putting that on somewhere to the side of my screen the next time this issue appears.
