Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with the "create return package" action on our terminal. The package gets created, but Studio freezes, and the PM cannot continue their work. They have to force close Studio and then they can proceed, as it’s not possible to click on any buttons like Close or Cancel.
Could you advise me on what to focus on and where the problem might be?
This issue showed up for me too. I experience this with Trados 2021 for a week or so now.
Same issue here with Studio 2024.
