Can anyone help me with this error "Part of the path could not be found.", which appears every time I try to save the work I've done?

I'm running out of solutions.

I would like to thank anyone who could help me with this error "Part of the path could not be found.", which appears every time I try to save the work I have done.

Error dialog box with a red cross icon, title 'Error', and message in Portuguese 'Nao foi possivel encontrar uma parte do caminho', with an 'OK' button and links to 'Knowledge Base' and 'Community'.

Every time I close the program, all confirmed translated segments disappear.

The customer cannot solve the issue, and I am running out of time to complete the work.

Thank you so much!

Vítor

You seem to work on a single document, opened by right click to be translated in Trados Studio. Whatever method you use to open the single document, do not reopen the source file again. When you restart the program, go to Projects view, activate the project you need (double click or right click and menu selection), then reopen the file for translation from the files view. This way your previous translation will be there. Opening the source file, however, opens a document which is not translated. This simply starts a new project and you start the translation from the beginning.

As for the path: are your files stored in any cloud?
