Trados Studio 2019 error "Failed to activate view 'Mémoires de traduction [Translation Memories]'"

Question

Hello, 
 When opening Trados Studio 2019 and going to the Translation Memories Menu, I'm getting the error message "Failed to activate view 'M&eacute;moires de traduction [Translation Memories]'". Before, I've created new memories and exported/imported TM data to merge some of them. 
 I've tried the following: 
 - reset Studio to its default state renaming the folders C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 
 - rename the folders BaseSettings / Plugincache / UserSettings 
 - deinstall and install Studio 2019 SR2 again 
 
 Unfortunately, the error message remains and I can't use the Translation Memories Menu anymore.

 Are you using Trados 2019 or Trados 2022? Trados 2022 seems to be the active license in your account.
