I am facing som challenges with a client who requires the translation of a multilingual CSV, ideally I wouldn't want to go through the multilingual excel route as I wish to keep the workaround to a minimum.
Many CAT tool have the multilingual option for CSV, but i couldn't find anything for Studio.
Please let me know if it already exists.

I think all tools support this in different ways, but yes, I'd agree there are other tools that support this.
In Trados Studio the only way to handle this in one project as a multilingual project is to convert to Excel and use the Multilingual Excel filetype.
An alternative would be to create a separate project for each language pair and then manually (or with a script) put the file back together again afterwards.
