Is there a setting in Studio to automatically update translated terms in a target file if the terms get modified in MultiTerm?

Let's say I'm translating a document with a Termbase called "Engineering". I translate half the document with the translation to the term "Common Source Amplifier" defined as "Amplificador Fonte Comum". However, later on, I go on MultiTerm, open the "Engineering" Termbase, and change the translation for "Common Source Amplifier" to "Amplificador com Fonte Comum". What I would like, then, would be to, the next time I open the document on Studio to continue my translation, all the segments that had been confirmed with "Amplificador Fonte Comum" to be now with a Draft status and with "Amplificador Fonte Comum" replaced by "Amplificador com Fonte Comum". Is this possible?
