URGENT: Unable to open files in Trados

I am unable to open any files, both in progress and completed projects. Error message is: 

Key not found: `xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx´
Parameter name: key

This is extremely urgent as I suddenly cannot deliver my files that are due this week. I have tried to solve this with the help of the knowledge base, but it seems to refer to files I don’t have on my computer. 

I have reinstalled Trados (version 2022 SR2) but have this problem still.
