Some source contents imported from local cannot be found in Trados Studio

Hi team,

I imported a local Word file into Trados for translation, after translated and saved as target, then opened the file in target language folder, I found some contents had not been translated.
Checked in Trados Studio, I cannot find the corresponding source contents in the pane, Adn the stasitics represented as the translation has already finished.

What can I do in this case?

"Question improvement suggestion": Please provide more details such as the version of Trados Studio you are using, the type of file you are translating, and any error messages you may have encountered. Also, let us know if you have made any recent changes to your system or software.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

It seems like you're experiencing an issue where some content from your source file is not appearing in Trados Studio for translation. This could be due to several reasons:

Step 1: Check the format of your source file. Trados Studio supports a wide range of file types, but there might be issues with certain formats or with files that contain complex formatting or embedded content.

Step 2: Ensure that the source file is not corrupted or damaged. Try opening it in its native application to see if there are any issues.

Step 3: If the source file is a Word document, it might contain hidden text that is not visible in Word but is imported into Trados Studio. To check for hidden text in Word, go to File > Options > Display and under "Always show these formatting marks on the screen", check "Hidden text".

Step 4: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you might need to recreate the project in Trados Studio. Before doing so, make sure to save any translations you have already completed to your translation memory.

Step 5: If the problem persists, it might be a software bug. In this case, check for updates within the application or consider reinstalling Trados Studio.
