Failed to reinstall Trados Studio 2011 on new computer

Hello, I want to reinstall Trados Studio 2011 on a new computer but keep getting the same error message : "an error occured while downloading the required file. You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup."

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please don't tell me to buy the latest version of Trados.
