Alignment Error

Hello! I am currently working on project alignment and encountering a few issues:

Screenshot of Trados Studio showing project alignment with segments in two columns. A yellow circle highlights where connection bars between segments have disappeared.

When selecting segments, they sometimes connect automatically.

When I disconnect these segments, the connection bars disappear, as shown in the attached image.

Can you please help me?

Thank you

    Hello,

From your description, it seems like you're having trouble with segment alignment in Trados Studio. This could be due to a variety of reasons, but without more specific information, it's difficult to provide a precise solution. However, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you can try:

Step 1: Ensure you're using the latest version of Trados Studio. You can check for updates within the application.

Step 2: Try restarting Trados Studio. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor glitches.

Step 3: If the issue persists, you might want to consider reinstalling Trados Studio. This can help if the problem is due to corrupted or missing files.

Step 4: If none of the above steps work, it might be a more complex issue that requires further investigation. In this case, you might want to consider reaching out to a Trados Studio expert or consultant for further assistance.
