Punctuation on keyboard not working properly

I am having problems with punctuation keys in Trados: when I try to insert an apostrophe, I get a back slash. Brackets do not work. Nothing is working except typing letters and numbers 

How do I fix this, I am going insane copy pasting an apostrophe and quotation marks.
