Hello
Have an error message "An error has occurred while used the translation provider..." and double clicked on the message to get more details. When that did not work did try right click for list and "Show Message Details" is greyed out.
Is there anyway I can get more information so can try and figure out what the issue is?
Have several people experiencing this error message.

If you hover the mouse over the error message, do you get the full error message in the tooltip?

I don't mean clicking nor right-clicking, but moving the mouse over the cut-off error message will bring up a tooltip on top with the full text.
I see what you mean. Yes, I can see the full message, but it does confuse me even more.
Rest of the message states "There is an error in the XML document (1, 1)" The other just has (1, 2) as difference.
Why confused the three documents I am testing this with is one is a plain txt SRT file.
I guess (1, 1) means line 1, position 1 (or 2 for the other) and it may refer to the XLIFF created after opening the SRT file in Trados Studio. Did you create the XLIFF yourself or your client?
Created all three XLIFF myself.
Does restarting Trados Studio solve the problem? It did here: RE: There is an error in XML document (1, 76) and many other references
Instead of the two messages as originally shown it is just one message showing same error as before.
And does it prevent you from generating the target or translating it? If it doesn’t, I’d move forward…
Can translate but without the benefit of NMT.
Maybe it has something on the provider side.
