Studio does not start up and I need to enter code continually.

Studio does not start. When I try to start, I continually have to enter the code for online installation. Ever again. Then the programme does not start and I get the error messages: "An unexpected error has occurred while loading the application plug-ins." Now I can not work and I need to get a deadline soon, Friday.How we can solve this?I already have asked this, I already got answers, but I can not finds the mails anymore.     What version of Studio?  I would hazard a guess that you should try a Studio reset but the command differs slightly between versions.  So try renaming the folders here:

       C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL: rename the SDL Trados Studio and ProjectApi folder

       C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL: rename the SDL Trados Studio folder

    I'd have been more specific if you told us what version, but you can probably figure it out from this.  If it doesn't resolve your problem then please log a support case.  Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder  ( ) and now go here;

    - I use SDL Trados Studio and/or SDL MultiTerm 2009, 2011, 2014 or 2015

    Follow the route for your problem and if there is no answer that helps by the time you get to the end you'll be presented with a form to contact support.  Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form.

  • I have changed the folders, but it does not work. I will try again, but I am not sure I understand what you mean. For days I can not work now. I should log a case in a different way then? I will try, but I do not know whether I understand what you mean.
