Trados Studio 2024 crashes after Setup process completed

When opening Trados Studio 2024, version 18.0.0.1013, a setup window opens, prompting me to choose a user profile and offering some example files to be filed.

On completing the process, an error message appears, "Acceso denegado a la ruta de acceso 'C:\Users\xavif\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\subscription.sdllic'.", and Studio crashes. 


Error message window titled 'Error' with text 'Acceso denegado a la ruta de acceso C:UsersxavifAppDataRoamingTradosTrados StudioStudio18subscription.sdllic'. It includes details about the error type, help link, source, HResult, and a stack trace with file paths and exception details.

If this is due to some subscription issue, please note that I have a valid one-year subscription, as you'll see in your records.

I've run the set up process several times, even choosing a different user profile, but to no avail, and I still can't use Trados Studio.

    Thanks for your kind reply. The answer is no, I haven't changed my PC, although I'll do so soon and I'll be grateful for any advice as to how to proceed then to ensure a smooth transition with Studio. 

    Here's a screenshot with my device associated with Studio:

    I installed Studio in my PC last summer, and yesterday, after a period without using Studio, a setup prompt came up, then the process failed to complete..

    I haven't removed the device, as I'm not sure this is what I have to do. Should I remove it?
