Has anyone had any experience of Walkme output for translation. I've tried both xliff and xls files through Studio and they are all failing on import back into Walkme. I'm a novice Studio user but I'm scratching my head on this one!

Hello Gareth Vaughan-Davies ,
Could you please provide a detailed overview of the steps you follow in Trados Studio from beginning to end? This will help us identify the issue preventing you from importing back. Additionally, if you could share any relevant screenshots, that would be greatly appreciated.

The best thing for you to do is this:
If you don't have a decent tool to compare files I can recommend this one: https://winmerge.org/ It's free and does an excellent job... actually my preferred tool even when comparing with the paid ones I've seen.
I think the most likely problem will be that you are including segmentation information in the XLIFF file you created from Studio. With an older version of Trados Studio this woujld have been the default, but if you have a new version (2022 or 2024) then this is less likely to te the cause unless you set it deliberately.
Anyway... check the files first and then come back with your findings.
