これは読んでいて少し面白いですね。というのも、通常は逆の不満を目にするからです。つまり、以前使っていた設定が消えてしまって、また一から設定し直さなければならないという苦情が多いのです！
フィルター設定を保存するかどうかを選べるオプションを追加してほしいという提案を、以下の「Trados Studio Ideas」サイトで投稿されてはいかがでしょうか？

それまでは…閉じる前にフィルター設定をクリアするのを忘れずに ;-)
It's almost amusing reading this as we normally see complaints the other way. So users complain that the settings they used before disappear and now they have to redo them! I suggest you make a suggestion on the ideas site to provide an option to save the settings for the filter or not. Here's the ideas site: Trados Studio Ideas
Until then... try to remember to clear the filter settings before you close ;-)
