In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:
Hello Marie,
To disable the "open last TM" feature in Trados Studio, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Trados Studio.
Step 2: Go to the "File" menu and select "Options".
Step 3: In the Options window, navigate to the "Editor" section.
Step 4: Under the "Automation" category, you will find the "Open last used Translation Memory" option.
Step 5: Uncheck the box next to "Open last used Translation Memory".
Step 6: Click "OK" to save your changes.
Please note that these steps are based on the latest version of Trados Studio. If you are using an older version, the steps might be slightly different.

I assume you are working with single documents rather than full Studio projects? If you work with multiple projects and resources I suggest you use Project templates and then you can set up each template to use the configuration you need... and you could also have a template that didn't use any TMs or other resources at all so you have to add them manually each time.

Thankyou!! Great answer, I will use templates. I have package files, but they are multiple and for different clients.
