How to debug "Add Termbase" glitches?

Hi, 
 I can no longer add a new Termbase to projects in Studio 2015. The "Add Termbase" window hangs. Closing it solves the problem and I can go back to work - it's not the entire program that hangs. But of course I can't add termbases... I have two packages from a customer and I can add my Autosuggest dictionary and own TM to the project as usual, but not my Termbase. I went back to an older package that worked without problems a couple of week ago, and it now has the same problem. 
 I'm in 12.0.61.2 
 So first: how do I solve this? I hate to work without my termbase. 
 And second: is this known? Am I the only one? The SDL 'solver" at the agency this came from says they have had a lot of trouble with the most recent update and have had to figure out workarounds.

Hi again Karen, 
 
ok - one last thing if you have the patience and then we'll need to engage support. The cure-all solution... can you rename this folder and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 
 
This will reset a few things and often resolves strange stuff that happens. If this doesn't work I'll log a case on your behalf so a support engineer can have a go at why this is happenning.

Hi Karen, 
 Two things worth checking I guess: 
 
 Update to the latest versions. Studio is 12.0.4961.2 and MultiTerm is 12.0.1516.0 (so your version confuses me a little as it seems to be newer!!) 
 Second thing make sure both Studio and MultiTerm are the equivalent versions... so I guess if you take them both to the versions in 1. you'll have this. 
 
 We have seen a few problems where users upgraded Studio for example but not MultiTerm. Can you do this first and then we can consider other options.

ok - can you also do a Studio repair now you've done that just to make sure it's taken the correct assemblies into account? You can do that via the Windows Control Panel.
