Button "Repair Studio" in Trados Freshstart does not carry out any action, when I click on it

I am using Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007.

Yesterday, a client sent me a huge review project.

As it was too big, he ended up splitting in in 3 projects and asked me first to import the 3 projects and then the return project of the translator.

When I had done this, and clicked on the project in the project list in order to open it, Trados Studio closed down.

I then reopened Trados but the project was no longer to be seen in the project list.

I then clicked on the project in the explorer and obtained the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I restarted my computer and now I can no longer even open Trados Studio.

When I click on Trados Studio, I obtain the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I now downloaded the app "Trados Freshstart".

When I open Trados Freshstart as administrator and select my Trados version (2019), the button "Repair Studio" is no longer greyed out but becomes green.

However, when I click on it, nothing happens at all.

Does anyone know what I can do in order to make the button work? My current aim right now is to make Trados Studio work again - I will worry about the terrible project later.
