Report View Blank

Hello

Trying to solve coworker issue with Report View.

Running analysis, either with template or batch task Analyze, no information populates in the Report view section.  The screen is completely blank.

Using Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134 on Windows 11 Enterprise.

Have tried Reset.   Did an uninstall/reinstall.   Turned off all plugins.

Reason need to have this view working is need to save XML file of the analysis so can put this information into Plunet so translators can get the word breakdown and this co-worker can be certain saving the right language xml file.  Easy to miss if you are on other language without seeing in report page new language.

Does the report view utilize the systems browser?  Guessing on possible issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I imagine this is too late to be useful now!!  I don't have a guaranteed answer as I've never seen this because but I'd try a reset window layout, or reset the users profile.  To do this just close Trados Studio and then delete these folders:

    %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\

    %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\

You will lose your plugins, and also your settings, but your projects and other resources will remain untouched. Putting the plugins back is trivial via the integrated appstore.

If you can't find these folders then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

    www.howtogeek.com/.../

Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
