I tried to open a PowerPoint with Studio 2014 but received the message " The document cannot be processed since it contains unexpected contents". After searching, I found that the SP2 could fix the problem. I downloaded SP2 but I have still the same problem. Could anyone help please?

The error message simply means the PowerPoint filter in Trados cannot handle the powerpoint file you have.
Without analyzing the file, it will be very difficult to figure out why.
If you are sure you are using the latest version of Trados 2014,
I think the only workaround is to convert the powerpoint to another format, or maybe try breaking the powerpoint into smaller files, as the issue might be on a specific slide.
Also if you are willing to share the problem file, I'm willing to experiment here and see if I can get to the root of the problem.
