Termbase Viewer in Trados 2022 does not open

Hello,

I've been using the Termbase Viewer in Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.12.19084 for a while now, and it has stopped opening the file-based termbase that used to work just fine. When I click OK, the viewer doesn't upload the termbase.
I found some answers on RWS about a possible missing update, I ran it, but it didn't work: I downloaded it, but when I click on Install, I get the message: "Could not overwrite file "C:\ProgramData..."  Access is denied".
Is there a solution to this termbase issue even without the update? (If the update is even the issue). Restarting the computer doesn't help.
Thanks in advance
Igor

Interestingly I experienced this exact behaviour last week.  I created a new termbase, added it to my project and I didn't show up.  I don't know what fixed it exactly, but I think I closed the file, activated a new project, then deactivated it and went back to my original project and this time all was well.  I did have this termbase on a OneDrive path which I thought would be ok as it was a small test, but this could also have part of the problem as it needed to become available properly before I could see it.

    So I would try this:

    1. make sure your termbase is on a path that does not have OneDrive, or any other cloud drive, in it.
    2. refresh your project and see if it's there now
