Today my Trados Studio 2024 (18.0.2.3255) in Windows 10 Pro did not start at all. There were no recent updates, nothing. I tried all the steps written before regarding this issue. Uninstalling/installing, repairing, someone suggested deleting files such as C/UserName/AppData, however, there are no AppData under this folder. I double click the icon, the loading window appears for a few seconds and then disappears. I would be grateful for any useful tips.
The correct path for resetting Trados 2024 settings is C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18.
NOTE: If you do not find this folder, make sure that these files are not hidden. See KB article Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems

Hi, I have just tried all four workarounds twice, and nothing has worked. I have been a Trados user for many many years and considered it really reliable. This is a huge disappointment. Is there anything you can do on your part that works or should I ask for my money back?
