We are facing issues with the Confirmit tool for using translations. Confirmit files are not getting uploaded easily and to much manual work is needed for doing translations.

And what exactly is the Confirmit tool? I have never heard of this before. Unless you are confusing the name, or it's some tool developed by someone else for use with Trados Studio, I don't believe it has anything to do with Trados at all.
