When I try to save the target document, it prompts "Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definitionwith id XML: DITA 1.1 v 1.2.0.0".
I reset the user profiile, but it doesn't work.

Presumably you received this file through a project package, or an sdlxliff, provided by someone else? Or you created it with one version of Studio and are now working with it on another?
One of those will be the most likely reason for your problem because you are working with a version of Studio that is probably newer than the one that created your file since the current version is XML: DITA 1.3 v 2.0.0.0. So you can only translate and return the package or bilingual file, you cannot create the target file.

Thank you for your guidance.
Based on your suggestion, I believe the issue might be related to version compatibility. The project was originally created by someone else using SDL Trados 2019 (.sdlproj format), while I am currently running it in Trados 2021. Additionally, this PC previously had Trados 2024 installed, which was later uninstalled.
Could you please advise whether I should adjust certain settings in the software, install a different version, or perhaps consider reinstalling my system?
Looking forward to your advice.
Best regards,

There is nothing to adjust. Your version doesn't have backwards compatibility to be able to save a target file from a project created in the older version for that particular file type. So if your client needs the target file they will have to generate it.
