Inactive "Close" button after package creation

After creating a package in Studio 2024, I consistently encounter an issue with the final step—the "Close" button is inactive and unresponsive. This happens every time I create a project package, forcing me to terminate Trados using Ctrl+Alt+Delete and restart the program.
